Are you experienced in Interview Scheduling, Recruitment Coordination, or Talent Acquisition Operations? Join a leading global organization and play a key role in delivering a seamless interview experience for candidates and hiring managers across US and UK hiring processes.

Location  : Mumbai / Bangalore

Experience : 4–8 Years

Salary Up to ₹9 LPA

Shift : Night Shift (6 PM – 4 AM or 7 PM – 5 AM IST)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and onsite interviews.

• Manage interview calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders.

• Work closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Candidates.

• Resolve interview scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes.

• Maintain accurate interview records and scheduling reports.

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Track interview progress and provide regular status updates.

• Support recruitment operations and hiring teams in meeting recruitment timelines.

Required Skills

• 4–8 years of Interview Scheduling or Recruitment Coordination experience.

• Experience supporting US Recruitment, UK Recruitment, or International Hiring.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced MS Excel and Outlook skills.

• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar is preferred.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Shared Services / Global Business Services (GBS) experience.

• Familiarity with interview scheduling automation tools.

• Understanding of US recruitment processes and compliance.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
