Role Overview

TCS is hiring a Lead – Master Data Management (MDM) to manage Employee Master Data operations across multiple locations. The role involves leading a team, ensuring data accuracy, performing reconciliations, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), managing SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Employee Central data, and driving compliance with data governance and audit standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Employee Master Data Management (MDM) operations.

• Manage a team of 15 members across multiple locations.

• Perform and review employee master data transactions.

• Handle employee data changes in SAP HCM and Employee Central (EC).

• Perform reconciliations and resolve data discrepancies.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.

• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards.

• Ensure compliance with data governance, SOX, and audit requirements.

• Support stakeholders and drive continuous process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience.

• Master Data Management (MDM).

• SAP HCM (Mandatory).

• Employee Central (SuccessFactors EC) (Mandatory).

• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) (Mandatory).

• Reconciliation & MIS Reporting.

• MS Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.

• Knowledge of India Labour Laws (Mandatory).

• Strong stakeholder and team management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
