Role Overview

TCS is hiring HR Helpdesk Agents to provide Tier 1 HR support for employees, line managers, vendors, and third parties. The role involves handling HR-related queries via voice support, resolving issues within defined SLAs, maintaining high accuracy, and ensuring first-call resolution while adhering to data privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Tier 1 HR helpdesk queries through voice support.

• Resolve employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, learning & development, employee data, and attendance.

• Log call details accurately in the ticketing system.

• Ensure SLA adherence and first-call resolution.

• Follow data privacy and compliance guidelines.

• Use HR systems and case management tools effectively.

• Provide excellent customer service and troubleshoot HR-related issues.

• Maintain quality standards and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–6 years of experience in an International Voice Process.

• International HR Helpdesk experience preferred.

• US Voice Process experience preferred.

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Typing speed of 30 WPM with 100% accuracy.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

• Knowledge of HR systems and case management tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
