Role Overview

The Global Payroll Delivery Lead will oversee mid-to-large-scale global payroll operations across multiple geographic regions. This role acts as the primary liaison between internal teams, HR/IT leaders, and client stakeholders, ensuring 100% payroll compliance, accuracy, and timely execution while managing end-to-end process controls, implementations, and transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Incident Management: Oversee end-to-end multi-country payroll delivery, monitor performance metrics, balance workloads, and handle complex escalations.

• Quality Control & Governance: Play an active end-to-end QC role, conduct process control training, and prepare monthly SLA metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.

• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary operational link between teams and global business partners/customers.

• Transitions & Implementation: Lead payroll tool implementations and multi-region transitions smoothly without service disruption.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education).

• Experience: 15+ years of experience with global payroll systems, processing, or HRIS platforms.

• Core Tool Expertise: Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView and ADP Celergo is mandatory.

• Geographic Coverage: Proven global payroll processing experience across regions including US, UK, Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia), Canada, LATAM, Europe, APAC, and ASEAN.

• Skills: Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills; strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
