Are you passionate about creating engaging learning experiences? We're looking for a Training Content Designer with expertise in Instructional Design, Articulate 360, and E-learning Development to develop impactful training programs for a dynamic team.

What You'll Do

Design and develop engaging training materials and e-learning modules.

Analyze learning needs and collaborate with subject matter experts.

Create instructional content using Articulate 360.

Develop computer-based training programs and learning solutions.

Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and continuous improvement.

Support trainers with instructional materials and learning resources.

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in Instructional Design.

Hands-on experience with Articulate 360.

Experience developing e-learning modules.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
