Training & Quality Manager – IT as a Service

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Training & Quality Manager to lead training and learning initiatives for a digital and technical program. The successful candidate will manage trainers, enhance learning programs, and ensure training delivery aligns with business and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Trainers.

- Design and deliver engaging training programs for new and existing Helpdesk employees.

- Identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.

- Continuously improve training materials, methods, and learner outcomes.

- Partner with stakeholders to align training with business objectives.

- Monitor training effectiveness, analytics, and program performance.

- Maintain accurate training records and reports.

- Coach and mentor trainers and Helpdesk teams.

- Support technical training involving APIs, integrations, SaaS, and digital platforms.

Requirements

- 5+ years of BPO/Call Center experience, with strong Training/L&D background.

- 3–4+ years of Training Management experience.

- Proven experience designing and scaling training programs.

- Strong leadership, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with LMS and training technologies.

- Advanced SQL proficiency for learning analytics and performance measurement.

- Strong knowledge of APIs and integrations.

- Experience in digital advertising, SaaS, technical support, or technical enablement is highly preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field.

- Willingness to work on-site in Taguig on a graveyard shift.

- Immediate availability is preferred.
