Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll Team Lead / HR Service Payroll Delivery Specialist to lead payroll operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant end-to-end payroll processing. The ideal candidate has strong payroll expertise, leadership experience, knowledge of statutory compliance, and familiarity with SAP Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.

• Review payroll calculations, tax deductions, statutory contributions, and payroll reports.

• Ensure compliance with government regulations and payroll policies.

• Lead, mentor, and support the payroll team to achieve operational excellence.

• Resolve payroll-related issues and employee queries promptly.

• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

• Support payroll audits, controls, and process improvements.

• Monitor payroll timelines and ensure all payroll activities are completed within deadlines.

• Utilize SAP Payroll and Microsoft Excel to manage payroll processes efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on end-to-end payroll processing experience.

• Minimum 3 years of Team Lead or Supervisory experience in payroll.

• Experience in payroll processing, tax computation, and statutory benefits.

• Familiarity with SAP Payroll and its functionality.

• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax submissions, and statutory contributions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Must be willing to work in a hybrid setup in BGC, Taguig.

• Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
