Job Description : 

We are looking for an experienced Capital Markets Operations – Settlements Senior Analyst to support end-to-end trade settlement activities within a global capital markets environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in trade settlements, reconciliation, inventory management, exception handling, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring accurate and timely settlement of financial transactions.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Front Office, Middle Office, European teams, and external counterparties in a fast-paced investment banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end trade settlement activities across the trade lifecycle.

• Perform trade pre-matching, trade matching, and settlement processing.

• Investigate and resolve unmatched trades, settlement breaks, and trade discrepancies.

• Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, brokers, and counterparties for timely issue resolution.

• Monitor inventory positions, reconciliations, stock movements, and depot transfers.

• Process trade lifecycle events and maintain data integrity.

• Handle claims investigations and operational risk reporting.

• Prepare settlement reports, reconciliation reports, and operational MIS.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Capital Markets Operations, Trade Settlements, Securities Operations, or Investment Banking Operations.

• Strong understanding of trade settlements, reconciliation, trade lifecycle, and exception management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Willing to work onsite in Taguig on a Night Shift.
