About the Role

We're looking for an experienced HR Service Delivery Associate Manager with strong expertise in end-to-end Payroll Operations, SAP Payroll, and HR Shared Services. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end payroll processing for in-house and outsourced payroll operations.

• Ensure timely and accurate payroll execution, including Gross-to-Net calculations, payroll validation, deductions, commissions, bonuses, and statutory compliance.

• Manage payroll reporting, audit activities, general ledger (GL) feeds, post-payroll activities, and government/vendor submissions.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for payroll-related issues and stakeholder concerns.

• Lead, coach, and develop payroll team members while driving performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance payroll processes, service delivery, and operational efficiency.

• Monitor payroll accuracy, compliance, KPIs, and service levels while supporting business objectives.

• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and operational excellence across payroll functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 7–8+ years of experience in end-to-end Payroll Processing, preferably within an HR Shared Services or BPO environment.

• At least 5 years of experience leading Payroll teams in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll (required).

• Solid understanding of payroll compliance, payroll reporting, audits, statutory deductions, and payroll controls.

• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig on a day shift schedule.
