Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll Manager with expertise in SAP Payroll and end-to-end payroll processing to join our HR Shared Services team. The successful candidate will lead payroll operations, supervise payroll teams, ensure payroll accuracy and compliance, and drive process improvements in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing while ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.

• Lead payroll operations and supervise payroll specialists and payroll teams.

• Oversee payroll audits, payroll reporting, and payroll compliance activities.

• Perform Gross-to-Net payroll calculations and ensure accurate payroll processing.

• Generate General Ledger (GL) payroll feeds and payroll reports.

• Handle payroll escalations and resolve employee payroll concerns.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and government payroll regulations.

• Drive payroll process improvements and operational excellence.

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.

• Mentor and develop payroll team members to achieve operational goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 7–8 years of experience in Payroll Processing, Payroll Operations, or Payroll Management.

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading payroll teams.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll.

• Experience managing end-to-end payroll for medium to large organizations.

• Knowledge of payroll compliance, payroll reporting, payroll audits, and General Ledger reconciliation.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig.
