Hiring: Collection Associate – B2B Accounts Receivable | Aura Taguig

Location: Aura, Taguig (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱35,000
Target Start Date: July 27, 2026

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned customer portfolios and achieve collection targets.

• Perform B2B collections through calls and emails.

• Follow up on overdue invoices and payment commitments.

• Coordinate with Billing, Sales, and Cash Application teams to resolve payment disputes.

• Maintain accurate collection records and customer account updates.

• Support invoice submissions, AP portal activities, vendor setup, and PO-related issues.

• Escalate critical accounts as required while meeting SLA, quality, and productivity targets.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

• 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, B2B Collections, or Order-to-Cash (O2C).

• Strong knowledge of AR aging, account reconciliation, dispute resolution, and promise-to-pay management.

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar.

• Proficient in MS Office with strong analytical and communication skills.

• Excellent English communication (CEFR C1 or equivalent).

• Must be willing to work onsite in Aura, Taguig on a night shift.

• Former Teleperformance employees are not eligible for rehire.
