The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Treasury & Cash Management Lead to oversee global treasury operations, liquidity management, cash forecasting, banking relationships and treasury technology.

What You’ll Do

• Manage global cash positions, liquidity and funding across multi-currency environments.

• Lead treasury teams, set KPIs/SLAs and drive operational excellence.

• Develop and consolidate cash flow forecasts and perform actual-vs-forecast analysis.

• Manage corporate banking relationships, bank accounts and signatory mandates.

• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, FBAR, SOX and banking regulations.

• Lead Oracle Cash Management/Treasury transformation, automation and UAT.

• Support banking connectivity including SWIFT, ISO 20022, BAI2 and MT940.

• Oversee treasury month-end activities, including FX revaluation, interest accruals and debt accounting.

• Lead treasury controls, risk mitigation and internal/external audit activities.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of progressive corporate treasury experience.

• 2–3+ years in a supervisory or lead capacity.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle ERP Cash Management / Oracle Treasury – mandatory.

• Experience with global liquidity, cash forecasting, banking and capital management.

• Knowledge of SWIFT, Fedwire, CHIPS, SEPA and multi-currency accounting.

• Strong understanding of treasury controls, SOX and financial risk management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.

• MBA, CTP, CA, CPA or CMA is an advantage.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
