Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Management Specialist to manage customer data onboarding, integration, and ongoing maintenance across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in data operations, and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and compliance while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer data onboarding and integration across enterprise systems.

• Capture, validate, and maintain customer data in accordance with defined data policies.

• Handle high-volume, time-sensitive data processing while ensuring accuracy and quality.

• Monitor data completeness, integrity, and consistency throughout the customer data lifecycle.

• Perform root cause analysis for data-related issues and implement preventive measures.

• Monitor system performance and coordinate with support teams for issue resolution.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to continuous process improvement.

• Utilize automation and AI-enabled tools to improve data management efficiency.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 1–5 years of experience in Customer Data Management or Enterprise Data Operations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with data management platforms or SaaS environments.

• Understanding of data governance, security, and privacy practices.

• Familiarity with SOP-driven and ticket-based support environments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and adaptability.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification.
