Job Description

TCS is hiring experienced professionals for the Tax Accounting Lead role. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Sales & Use Tax, Tax Accounting, Oracle ERP, service delivery, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Sales & Use Tax compliance and tax accounting operations.

• Manage tax reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger tax balances.

• Oversee Service Delivery, SLA/KPI governance, and stakeholder management.

• Lead and mentor the tax accounting team.

• Drive process improvements and automation using Oracle ERP.

• Ensure compliance with tax laws and internal controls.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's/CPA/CA/CMA/CMI preferred).

• 8–12 years of Finance & Accounting/Tax Accounting experience.

• Strong experience in Oracle ERP, Tax Accounting, and Team Management.

• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
