Learning & Development Specialist (German B1/B2) | HR Operations | Bangalore

We are hiring a Learning & Development Specialist (German Language) to support global HR Operations and Learning Administration. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with German B1/B2 certification who have experience in HR Operations, Learning & Development, Shared Services, or Training Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Learning & Development operations.

• Coordinate training schedules and learning events.

• Manage learning records, training nominations, and completion tracking.

• Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and stakeholders in German and English.

• Maintain training reports, dashboards, and documentation.

• Resolve learner queries and provide timely support.

• Ensure compliance with SLAs, quality standards, and HR processes.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless learning delivery.

• Support process improvement initiatives within Learning & Development.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Learning & Development, Shared Services, or Back Office.

• German Language Certification (B1/B2) is mandatory.

• Strong communication skills in German and English.

• Knowledge of HR systems or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an added advantage.
