Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS and Reporting Analyst with strong expertise in MS Excel, VBA, Financial Modeling, Data Analysis, and MIS Reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing collections data, developing reports and dashboards, analyzing business trends, and providing actionable insights to improve collection performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage collections data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance MIS reports, dashboards, and databases related to B2B collections.

• Generate regular and ad hoc reports on collection performance, outstanding receivables, and aging analysis.

• Analyze collection trends and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.

• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management highlighting key metrics and business trends.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support automation initiatives.

• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to integrate and optimize reporting systems.

• Assist in developing collection strategies, policies, and reporting standards.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.

• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and reporting processes.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, or Financial Reporting.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and present meaningful insights.
