Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate – Domain Utilities with experience in the Utilities domain and strong communication and back-office operations skills. The role involves handling UK customers, managing client and internal stakeholders, maintaining accuracy in daily operations, and preparing reports for various stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in the Utilities domain

• Experience handling UK customers preferred

• Experience in managing client and internal stakeholders

Qualification

• Graduate in Geography / GIS (Hons) or a relevant discipline

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage back-office operations and processes.

• Ensure accuracy in daily work while meeting defined timelines and SLAs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships across various business units and account levels.

• Ensure accuracy and adherence to defined quality and work standards.

• Prepare and maintain reports for various internal and client stakeholders.

• Handle customer communications through emails and calls professionally.

• Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients to resolve operational requirements.
