Job Summary

The Training Content Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining engaging training curricula and e-learning materials for the general workforce and specialized functional/technical teams.

The role involves identifying learning needs, collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), creating instructional content, evaluating training effectiveness, and supporting the development of computer-based learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze employee learning needs.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders to develop course content.
• Design and develop instructional materials and training curricula.
• Create engaging e-learning modules using Articulate 360.
• Plan and coordinate skills assessments and training programs.
• Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitate training for newly introduced courses when necessary.
• Develop and monitor training effectiveness metrics.
• Design computer-based training programs.
• Coordinate with or manage external vendors for content development or training delivery.
• Ensure all instructional materials meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
• Apply instructional design best practices and professional standards throughout content development.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Instructional Design.
• Experience using Articulate 360.
• Strong background in Instructional Design.
• Knowledgeable in E-learning Development.
• Experience creating e-learning modules.
