What You'll Do

• Deliver professional customer support in Bahasa Indonesia through phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Assist customers by resolving inquiries and providing timely, effective solutions.

• Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems.

• Support Collections and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes when required.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent Bahasa Indonesia language proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to communicate confidently and naturally in a professional environment.

• Strong understanding of complex conversations and implied meanings.

• Good working knowledge of English, as training and company systems are conducted in English.

• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work in Quezon City or relocate if currently based elsewhere.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Previous experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Customer Service.

• Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
