Job Summary

We are seeking a Japanese Bilingual SAP Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA and business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2) and English. The ideal candidate will lead SAP transformation initiatives, conduct client workshops, gather requirements, design solutions, and support end-to-end SAP implementations across modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, or PM.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Lead or independently manage SAP functional consulting activities, including workshops, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• 
  
• Conduct business process assessments, FIT-GAP analysis, and solution design.
• 
  
• Advise clients on SAP best practices and S/4HANA transformation strategies.
• 
  
• Gather and analyze business requirements and recommend process improvements.
• 
  
• Support proposal development, solution planning, and business development activities.
• 
  
• Provide training and guidance to end users and project stakeholders.
• 
  
• Ensure project documentation and deliverables are properly maintained.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 5–9 years of SAP Functional Consulting experience in any SAP module.
• 
  
• Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• 
  
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
• 
  
• JLPT N1 or N2 certification (mandatory).
• 
  
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• 
  
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects is highly preferred.
•
