WHAT IS A RIDER SUPPORT ACCOUNT?

Think of it as Customer Service for the people who keep deliveries moving!

You'll provide support to riders/drivers who may need help with:

Delivery & order concerns

App and account issues

Earnings, incentives & payment concerns

Account access and verification

Basic technical troubleshooting

Policies and account procedures

Urgent or time-sensitive concerns

Your job is to listen, investigate, troubleshoot, and provide the right solution—while keeping communication professional and efficient.

THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR EXPERIENCED BPO PROFESSIONALS!

YOU MUST HAVE:

At least 2 years College Completed

No back subjects

At least 18 months BPO Experience

Excellent English Communication Skills

Willingness to work ONSITE

BGC, Taguig City
