WORK SCHEDULE: Shifting

SALARY: ₱75,000 – ₱85,000 package

LOCATIONS: BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao, Clark Pampanga

START DATE: ASAP

This role combines clinical expertise, Utilization Management experience, and leadership to drive program performance, operational excellence, and team development. You will oversee program operations, ensure clinical quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Utilization Management programs and clinical operations


Oversee program performance, ensuring SLAs and quality metrics are met


Provide clinical subject matter expertise and guidance to the team


Supervise, mentor, and develop program staff


Collaborate with operations, quality, and client stakeholders to drive program improvements


Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, HIPAA standards, and client requirements


Monitor and report on program performance, identifying areas for improvement


Drive process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives


Qualifications

Experience:


At least 1 year of recent clinical/hospital or similar experience – required


At least 2 years of Utilization Management experience – required


At least 2 years of recent supervisory or managerial experience – required


Clinical Subject Matter Expertise with the use of technical and professional knowledge and skills to accomplish results related to the process handled


Certifications:


Active USRN license (any state) – required
