About the Role
As a Client Services Agent specializing in financial investments, you will ensure a seamless experience for clients and financial advisors. You will handle inquiries on investment accounts, transactions, and provide accurate support to enhance client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inquiries from clients and financial advisors regarding investment accounts
- Provide accurate information on investment products, account balances, and performance reports
- Assess customer needs through research and problem-solving following standard processes
- Coordinate with higher-level teams for complex concerns
- Maintain clear communication with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvement

Qualifications
- Open to HS Graduate, SHS Graduate, College Undergraduate, or Graduate
- Must have at least 2 years BPO/Call Center experience
- Preferred experience in Financial Services, Wealth and Asset Management, Mutual Funds, Segregated Funds
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle complex client concerns
- Amenable to work 100% onsite in McKinley, Taguig on fixed night shift

Salary Package
- PHP 22,000 - 27,000: With 2 years BPO experience, any account
- PHP 27,000 - 32,000: With 2 years BPO experience in Financial/Wealth Asset Management
