Role Overview:

We are seeking licensed PHRN or USRN Coders with strong medical coding experience to join our healthcare team. You will review medical records, assign accurate ICD/CPT/HCPCS codes, and ensure compliance with coding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze medical records and clinical documentation.

• Assign accurate ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes for diagnoses and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and healthcare regulations.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation.

• Maintain coding quality and productivity standards.

• Document coding findings accurately in the system.

Qualifications:

• Active PHRN or USRN license – required.

• Active CPC Certificate – required.

• Active PRC License – required.

• 2–3 years coding experience – required.

• 3 years clinical experience – required.

• Strong experience in ICD/CPT/HCPCS Medical Coding Systems.

• Amenable to Work From Home setup with shifting schedules.

• Willing to work onsite in MOA, Iloilo, or Cebu if needed.
