About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Process Excellence Lead to join our Healthcare account and drive transformational improvements through Lean Six Sigma, automation, and analytics. In this leadership role, you will guide a team of Black Belts, manage process transitions, and lead both small and large-scale projects aimed at optimizing performance, mitigating risks, and enhancing operational quality.

This is a unique opportunity for a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt to advance their career through company-sponsored Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Lead and execute process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, automation, and data-driven methodologies.

  Monitor operational controls, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage new process transitions, including metric definition, SLA standardization, and issue tracking.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive ideation and project management for both incremental and large-scale improvements.

  
  


• 
  

  Mentor and guide a team of Black Belts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality and process enhancements.

  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory:

• 
  

  Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (from a recognized institution or company).

  
  


• 
  

  5–7 years of hands-on experience in process excellence, quality management, or operational improvement.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven experience in transition management, process automation identification, and project leadership.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Minitab.

  
  


• 
  

  At least two years of college education (preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field).

  
  

Preferred (Advantageous):

• 
  

  Exposure to the Healthcare industry (payer, provider, benefits configuration, etc.).

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or related sectors.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of data analytics and process automation tools.

  
  


• 
  

  Previous experience leading or mentoring Six Sigma teams.
