USRN Training Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct training programs for USRN and healthcare BPO processes.

• Deliver training sessions and support new hire development.

• Facilitate learning activities, assessments, and knowledge checks.

• Ensure trainees understand process guidelines, workflows, and quality standards.

• Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback.

• Coordinate with operations and stakeholders to address training requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience.

• At least 1 year of training or teaching experience.

• Candidates with an academic/teaching background are welcome.

• Must have an active USRN license (any U.S. state).

• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

• Willing to work in a hybrid/temporary WFH setup.
