About the Role

We are looking for a Portfolio Analyst to support IT portfolio governance, performance reporting, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Azure DevOps, Power BI, and portfolio analytics, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Support IT portfolio governance, planning, and performance management.

• Analyze portfolio, delivery, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports using Power BI and Azure DevOps (ADO).

• Ensure data accuracy, reporting quality, and compliance with portfolio standards.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve portfolio visibility and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in IT portfolio management, project governance, or portfolio analytics.

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Power BI.

• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and present meaningful business insights.

• Experience with SQL and advanced Excel is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Stable employment history (not a job hopper).
