Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, configure, customize, and support CRM applications that meet business process and application requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM), CRM customization and configuration, Power Platform, integrations, .NET development, and SQL Server.

Key Responsibilities

Dynamics 365 CRM Development

• Design, develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.

• Assist in software configuration and customization based on business requirements.

• Develop solutions that improve customer relationships and streamline business processes.

• Work independently and contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

• Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions to technical and business problems.

CRM Modules & Customization

• Work with one or more Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys

• Customize and configure CRM solutions based on functional and technical requirements.

• Apply CRM development principles and best practices.

Integration & Technical Support

• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM applications with other systems and platforms.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in CRM applications.

• Provide technical support and maintain application stability.

• Work with APIs, integrations, and enterprise applications as required.

• Collaborate with technical teams to identify and resolve integration issues.

Power Platform & Development

• Use Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, to build business solutions and automate workflows.

• Apply .NET development skills to CRM solutions and customizations.

• Work with SQL Server for database-related requirements and application support.

Requirements & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.

• Contribute to requirement analysis and project scope definition.

• Translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions.

• Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technologies, Power Platform capabilities, and development best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

• Strong experience in CRM development, customization, and configuration.

• Experience with one or more Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, or Customer Insights – Journeys.

• Strong understanding of CRM development principles and best practices.

• Experience integrating CRM applications with other systems and platforms.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.

• Experience with .NET development.

• Familiarity with SQL Server.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience.

• Strong CRM development, customization, configuration, and integration experience.

• Hands-on Power Platform experience is required.

• Candidates must currently be in the Philippines and have the legal right to live and work in the country.

• Candidates must be willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.

• Present or former employees of the hiring organization are not eligible to apply.
