Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, build, configure, and customize CRM applications that support business processes and enhance customer relationship management.

The successful candidate will work independently, contribute to technical discussions, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide effective CRM solutions to business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business and application requirements.

• Develop and customize CRM applications and functionalities.

• Integrate CRM applications with other systems and platforms.

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot CRM-related issues.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

• Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to solution development.

• Provide solutions to technical and work-related problems.

• Stay updated on the latest CRM technologies, tools, and development best practices.

• Work independently and develop expertise as a CRM Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Experience with one or more of the following Dynamics 365 modules:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys

Strong understanding of CRM development principles and best practices
Hands-on experience customizing and configuring CRM solutions
Knowledge of CRM integration with other systems and applications
Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps
Experience with .NET development
Familiarity with SQL Server
