Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst (Core CRM) – Application Engineer

Are you a Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional who enjoys turning business requirements into practical CRM solutions?

We’re looking for Dynamics 365 Functional Analysts with strong hands-on experience in Core CRM to join a growing technology team in Makati. In this role, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to enhance CRM capabilities, streamline business processes, and improve the overall user experience.

What You’ll Do

- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications.

- Configure and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles.

- Analyze and improve CRM and customer service business processes.

- Support workflow automation using Dynamics 365 and Power Automate.

- Conduct functional testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and expected outcomes.

- Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and user guidance.

- Develop and deliver end-user training when required.

- Partner with developers and technical teams to deliver scalable and sustainable CRM solutions.

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and increased user adoption.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

- 2–3 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience.

- Practical experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, or related CRM modules.

- Strong understanding of CRM processes, business requirements analysis, and functional solution design.

- Hands-on experience configuring:

  - Tables/entities

  - Forms

  - Views

  - Dashboards

  - Business rules

  - Workflows

  - Security roles

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Power Automate.

- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an added advantage:

- Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace

- Dynamics 365 Omnichannel

- Microsoft Power Apps / Power Platform

- CRM integrations and APIs

- Data migration activities

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications
