Role Summary

We are looking for a Contract Specialist to support contract management teams across multiple projects, accounts, and geographies. The role will involve supporting contract and commercial activities, identifying and resolving contractual and commercial risks, assisting with pre-award sales activities and contract drafting, and collaborating with project, sales, delivery, and client stakeholders. The position requires strong knowledge of compliance, employee relations, workplace investigations, commercial contracting principles, subcontracting practices, and contract terms and conditions. Candidates must have strong communication skills and the ability to work with senior client executives. Applicants must currently be based in the Philippines and have the legal right to live and work in the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Support contract management teams across projects and accounts

• Identify, escalate, and help resolve commercial and contractual risks

• Support pre-award sales activities and contract drafting

• Collaborate with sales, delivery, project, and business leadership

• Conduct and supervise compliance, employment, and governmental investigations

• Prepare confidential investigation reports and advise senior leadership on risks

• Support client-facing contract management activities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders

• Apply commercial contracting regulations, principles, and contractual terms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Contract Manager

• Strong experience in employee relations and workplace investigations

• Experience conducting and supervising compliance, employment, and governmental investigations

• Knowledge of local ethical, conduct, compliance, employee rights, and related laws

• Understanding of commercial contracting regulations and principles

• Knowledge of subcontracting practices and commercial contract terms

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to collaborate with client executives at all organizational levels

• World Commerce and Contracting/IACCM or NCMA membership/certification is an advantage

• Must be currently located in the Philippines with the right to work in the country
