Hiring: PHRN Coders (Philippine Registered Nurse – Medical Coding)

Location: Hybrid – MOA, Pasay
Work Schedule: Night Shift
Salary Package: PHP 52,675 – 54,675/month
(Basic Pay: PHP 22,000–24,000 + Complexity Allowance: PHP 4,000 + Coding Allowance: PHP 20,000 + Process Allowance: PHP 4,000 + Standard Allowance: PHP 2,675)

We are looking for experienced PHRN Coders with strong medical coding expertise to join our team.

Key Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of medical coding experience

• 2 years of clinical experience is preferred (can be considered without it)

• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS Medical Coding Systems

• Active CPC or CPMA License (mandatory)

• Active PRC License (mandatory)

• With or without Bill Review experience

• Must not be a current or former employee of EXL

• Willing to work on a hybrid setup in MOA, Pasay on a night shift
