Role Overview

We are seeking a USRN Medical Coder to join our healthcare team. You will be responsible for reviewing medical records, assigning accurate ICD/CPT/HCPCS codes, and ensuring compliance with coding guidelines. This role requires active USRN and PHRN licenses, an active CPC/CCS certification, and clinical experience.


Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze medical records and clinical documentation


Assign accurate ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes for diagnoses and procedures


Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and healthcare regulations


Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation


Maintain coding quality and productivity standards


Document coding findings accurately in the system


Qualifications

Active USRN (any mainland license) – required


Active PHRN – required


Active CPC or CCS Certificate – required


Clinical experience of 2 years – required


Coding experience: 1–2 years – required


Additional Skill: 1–2 years of Coding Experience – required


Willing to work hybrid in MOA, Iloilo, or Cebu


Amenable to day shift schedule (9 AM – 6 PM)
