POSITION 1: CLIENT SERVICES AGENT

Salary Range: PHP 22,000 - 32,000

Job Description:

Handle client inquiries and concerns for a financial services account. Provide excellent customer service and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

- Open to HS Graduate Old Curriculum, SHS Graduate, College Undergraduate or Graduate

- Must have 2 years Call Center Experience

- Preferably with experience in Financial Services, Mutual Funds, Segregated Funds

- Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills

- Ability to Handle Complex Client Concerns

POSITION 2: BACK OFFICE PROCESSOR

Salary Range: PHP 22,000 - 30,000

Job Description:

Support back office operations for Canadian Wealth Management and Insurance accounts. Process transactions and assist with documentation.

Qualifications:

- Must be a College Graduate with Finance/Accounting Related Course

- Preferably with 2 years experience in Canadian Wealth Management, Insurance, or Financial Services

- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

- Able to explain complex financial concepts with confidence
