About the Role
Lead the team that keeps our cash flow healthy and our customer relationships strong. As a B2B Collections Manager, you’ll take ownership of end‑to‑end collections operations, driving down ageing, improving recovery rates, and building a high‑performing team. You’ll work closely with Billing, Disputes, Sales, and Cash Application partners to resolve escalations, remove blockers, and create a seamless order‑to‑cash experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, global environment and is ready to work US shifts from our Taguig office.

What You’ll Do

Lead Daily Operations: Manage day‑to‑day B2B collections activities, ensuring your team meets KPIs, SLAs, and productivity targets.

Drive Portfolio Performance: Conduct portfolio reviews, aging reduction initiatives, and collection effectiveness programs that deliver measurable cash flow improvements.

Coach & Develop: Mentor team members through structured coaching, knowledge‑sharing sessions, refresher training, and performance reviews. You’ll build capability and confidence at every level.

Resolve Escalations: Handle complex customer escalations personally, coordinating with Billing, Disputes, Sales, and Cash Application teams to close issues quickly and professionally.

Analyse & Improve: Perform root‑cause analysis on collection challenges, identify process gaps, and implement improvements that boost efficiency and reduce repeat issues.

Ensure Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to operational controls, quality standards, SOPs, and process documentation.

Support Governance & Reporting: Prepare and present performance updates, participate in stakeholder reviews, and contribute to governance activities that keep leadership informed.

What You’ll Bring
Non‑Negotiable Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

5–8 years of relevant experience, including proven manager‑level or team management experience.

Strong background in B2B Collections and/or Accounts Receivable.

Experience directly managing B2B Collections/AR teams.

Deep exposure to AR processes and the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) cycle.

Experience working in B2B, SaaS, Technology, or Shared Services environments.

Track record of handling customer escalations and collaborating cross‑functionally.

Excellent people management, analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting US customers and/or global operations.

Knowledge of collections systems and ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar.

Background in Cash Application and Dispute Management is a strong advantage.

Flexibility to work night/US shifts is essential for this role.
