Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll Team Lead to manage end-to-end payroll operations and lead a payroll team in delivering accurate and timely payroll services. The ideal candidate has strong experience in payroll processing, payroll compliance, SAP Payroll, and team leadership within a shared services or corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution.

• Review payroll calculations, tax deductions, and statutory contributions.

• Ensure compliance with Philippine payroll laws and government regulations.

• Lead, coach, and support the payroll team to achieve operational goals.

• Resolve payroll-related issues and employee inquiries.

• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.

• Perform payroll audits and ensure payroll controls are followed.

• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders on payroll activities.

• Monitor payroll timelines and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

• Prepare payroll reports and support process improvements.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience.

• At least 3 years of Team Lead or Supervisory experience in payroll.

• Hands-on experience using SAP Payroll.

• Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations, taxes, and statutory contributions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig on a day shift schedule.

Preferred

• Experience in Shared Services or BPO.

• Experience handling payroll audits and compliance.

• Process improvement or payroll project experience.
