We’re hiring an experienced Payroll Team Lead / HR Payroll Delivery Specialist with strong expertise in end-to-end payroll processing, payroll compliance, SAP Payroll, and team leadership. If you have a solid payroll background and experience leading payroll operations, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing HR and payroll team.

Location: BGC, Taguig (Hybrid)
Schedule: Day Shift

What You’ll Do

* Manage and process end-to-end payroll accurately and on schedule
* Review payroll calculations, tax computations, and statutory contributions
* Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements
* Lead, coach, and support a payroll team
* Maintain payroll records, controls, audits, and reporting
* Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other business stakeholders to resolve payroll-related concerns

What We’re Looking For

* 5+ years of hands-on end-to-end payroll processing experience
* 3+ years of Payroll Team Lead or Supervisory experience
* Working knowledge of SAP Payroll (familiarity and functional understanding required)
* Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, statutory benefits, taxes, audits, and payroll controls
* Advanced MS Excel and strong analytical skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Willing to work hybrid in BGC, Taguig on a day shift schedule
* Must already have the right to live and work in the Philippines
