What You’ll Do

* Deliver customer support in Khmer through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
* Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and product-related questions.
* Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.
* Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.
* Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

What We’re Looking For

* Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Khmer.
* Working knowledge of English.
* Previous customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required.
* Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is a plus.
* Must be eligible to work in the Philippines with a valid work visa.
* Willing to work onsite on a shifting or night shift schedule.
