Data Analytics & Modeling Lead!

Role Overview:

We’re looking for an analytical thinker with a passion for turning data into business insights. You’ll identify patterns, uncover trends, and help transform complex data into actionable solutions that improve business processes, boost performance, and drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and process data from Sales, Marketing, and Finance functions

Analyze data to develop actionable insights for business decision-making

Build models and scorecards to track trends and market drivers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions

Manage access to analytics tools and monitor usage

Present insights in a clear and concise manner to business leaders

Must Have:

8+ years of experience in data modeling and analytics

Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery

Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, SQL/Python, and Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio)

5+ years of managerial or leadership experience

Strong business acumen and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills in English

Good to Have:

Background in Data Science or Finance

Knowledge of Sales Processes and Systems

Experience with Salesforce CRMA

Software Engineering background

Other Requirements:

Must have stable career history (no frequent job changes)

Must be a resident of the Philippines and eligible to work

Not open to former or current employees of the client organization
