About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Manager – WFM to lead BI initiatives, drive innovative solutions, and provide strategic direction across complex programs, projects, and processes.

This role is ideal for a BI leader who combines strong people-management experience, technical expertise, business intelligence, and emerging AI capabilities to develop scalable solutions and improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Business Intelligence Specialists, with full employee lifecycle responsibility.

- Serve as a subject-matter expert and key decision-maker within the BI function.

- Drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions for complex projects and business processes.

- Translate strategic objectives into effective short- to medium-term BI initiatives.

- Establish and implement appropriate policies, processes, standards, and best practices.

- Coach, mentor, and develop BI professionals to strengthen technical and analytical capabilities.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

- Contribute to the adoption of emerging technologies and AI-driven initiatives within the BI environment.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have:

- At least 1–2 years of managerial experience specifically in Business Intelligence.

- Practical knowledge or professional exposure to AI tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code/Co-work, or similar AI initiatives.

- Strong knowledge of technology stacks and programming languages relevant to Business Intelligence.

- Proven experience leading, coaching, and managing BI professionals.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Willingness to work on a hybrid setup and shifting schedule.

- Willingness to report to McKinley 6, Taguig City.
