Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced USRN Training Program Manager to lead and manage training programs for healthcare operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong clinical background, proven experience in Utilization Management, and supervisory/managerial experience in a CPO/BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage training programs for healthcare and Utilization Management processes.

• Develop and deliver effective training programs for clinical and healthcare operations teams.

• Apply Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness principles to evaluate training outcomes.

• Provide knowledge transfer and coaching to new and existing employees.

• Monitor training effectiveness, performance, and learning outcomes.

• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to identify training needs and improvement areas.

• Support process knowledge related to Utilization Review, Utilization Management, Coding, Back Office, and other CPO processes.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to trainers and team members.

• Ensure training programs align with business and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent and relevant clinical, hospital, or similar experience.

• At least 2 years of Utilization Management experience.

• At least 2 years of recent and relevant supervisory or managerial experience.

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program or Doctor of Medicine degree.

• Must have a current, unrestricted RN or MD license in the Philippines and/or US.

• Experience in Utilization Review, Utilization Management, Coding, Back Office, Organizational Development, or other CPO-related processes.

• At least 1 year of trainer experience in a CPO/BPO environment.

• Experience in effective knowledge transfer using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness.

• Teaching credentials or training certification is an advantage.

• Strong clinical background in any of the following is preferred:

  • Orthopedics

  • Emergency Room

  • Intensive Care

  • Neurology

  • Occupational Medicine

  • Rehabilitation

• Strong supervisory/management and Microsoft Office skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and leadership skills.
