Job Summary

We are looking for a Pharmacovigilance Specialist to support drug safety and pharmacovigilance operations, with a focus on safety case processing and accurate handling of safety information. The ideal candidate should have a Pharmacy or Nursing background and relevant experience working with pharmacovigilance safety databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage pharmacovigilance safety cases accurately and within required timelines.

• Review and assess safety case information received from various sources.

• Enter, update, and maintain safety case information in pharmacovigilance safety databases.

• Ensure case information is complete, accurate, and properly documented.

• Perform case processing activities in accordance with established procedures and quality requirements.

• Identify missing or inconsistent information and support appropriate follow-up where required.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to safety cases.

• Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve case-related issues and ensure timely processing.

• Follow applicable pharmacovigilance processes, procedures, and quality standards.

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding case processing activities.

Required Qualifications

• Pharmacy graduates are required; candidates may apply with or without an active professional license.

• Nursing graduates may also be considered.

• 1–2 years of experience in safety case processing within Pharmacovigilance.

• Experience working with pharmacovigilance safety databases such as:

  • Veeva Safety Database

  • Argus

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Willingness to work onsite during training and follow the required hybrid setup after moving to production.

• Training: Fully Onsite

• Production: Hybrid – 3x onsite per week
