Job Title : Business Development / Project Sales Executive (Electrical Products)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development / Project Sales Executive to drive sales growth for premium electrical products across Klang Valley, Northern Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with developers, M&E consultants, architects, contractors, and interior designers to secure product specifications for new construction and infrastructure projects. Location, Work Mode & Shift

• Location: Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia

• Work Mode: Onsite (Field Sales)

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Travel: Required within Klang Valley, Northern Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong product knowledge and recommend suitable electrical solutions.

• Build relationships with developers, M&E consultants, architects, contractors, and interior designers.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.

• Promote products during the project specification stage.

• Prepare quotations, conduct product presentations, and negotiate sales opportunities.

• Provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales customer support.

• Monitor project pipelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.

• Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any relevant field.

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Project Sales, or Technical Sales.

• Experience in construction, electrical products, building materials, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or related industries is highly preferred.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Must possess own transportation.

• Willing to travel frequently for customer visits and project meetings.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.

• Location: Balakong, Selangor.

• Frequent travel within Klang Valley, Northern Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak is required.

• Company phone will be provided.

• Petrol allowance/card will be provided upon confirmation.
