About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development / Project Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting electrical products and solutions across Klang Valley, Northern Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with developers, M&E consultants, architects, contractors, and key decision-makers to secure product specifications and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong product knowledge to recommend suitable electrical solutions to clients.

• Build and maintain relationships with developers, M&E consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, and project stakeholders.

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.

• Promote products at the project specification stage to secure future sales.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales opportunities.

• Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor project pipelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery.

• Submit regular sales reports, activity updates, and market feedback to the Head of Sales.

• Travel regularly to customer sites and project locations across Klang Valley and other assigned regions.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification.

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Project Sales, or Sales.

• Experience in construction, electrical products, building materials, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, water pump, water piping, or related project-based industries.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred to communicate with diverse clients.

• Female candidates are preferred.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

• Must be willing to travel outstation, including Klang Valley, Northern Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

• Must possess own transport or reside near Balakong for convenient commuting.

• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and proactive mindset.

• Age below 30 years.
