About the Role

We're hiring Customer Service Executives fluent in Cantonese, Chinese, and English to support a Data Centre (Networking) project. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong multilingual communication skills who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

You will handle customer inquiries through inbound support channels, provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a high-quality customer experience while meeting service and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to products and services.

• Assist customers with general inquiries, complaints, feedback, and issue resolution.

• Deliver accurate, timely, and professional customer support.

• Meet customer service KPIs, quality standards, and SLA requirements.

• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.

• Follow company policies, processes, and customer service best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.

• Completed SPM, UEC, SKM Level 3, SVM Level 3, or IGCSE qualification.

• Fluent in Cantonese, Chinese, and English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good computer literacy and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Eligibility (Non-Negotiable)

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

• SPM, UEC, SKM Level 3, SVM Level 3, or IGCSE qualification is mandatory.

• Fluency in Cantonese, Chinese, and English is mandatory.

• Must be willing to work onsite in Johor Bahru.

• Must be willing to work 24-hour rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Candidates must successfully complete the required assessments as part of the interview process.
