Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development / Project Sales Executive to drive project sales and business development across Klang Valley, Northern Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. The successful candidate will work closely with developers, M&E consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to secure product specifications and grow the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong product knowledge and recommend suitable electrical solutions.

• Build and maintain relationships with developers, M&E consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, and key decision-makers.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.

• Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.

• Provide professional pre-sales and after-sales support to customers.

• Track project pipelines and monitor project progress.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and project execution.

• Prepare regular sales reports and update the Head of Sales on business activities.

• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Electrical, Marketing, or a related field.

• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Project Sales, Technical Sales, or B2B Sales is preferred.

• Experience in Construction, Electrical Products, Building Materials, M&E, HVAC, Water Pump, Water Piping, Mechanical, or related industries is an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.

• Must possess own transport.

• Willing to travel within Klang Valley, Northern Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

• Immediate joiners will have an added advantage.
