Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator (Bend – CNC Press Brake) to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC Press Brake machines in a metal fabrication environment and possess strong technical knowledge of machine setup, engineering drawings, and quality inspection.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Press Brake machines to produce precision metal components.

• Verify finished products using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers and Micrometers.

• Perform machine setup and adjustments for different product lines and material specifications.

• Ensure production meets engineering drawings and specified tolerances.

• Coordinate with Warehouse and Production teams to maintain smooth material flow.

• Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S housekeeping standards.

• Support operator training and knowledge sharing when required.

• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

• Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC Press Brake machines in the metal fabrication industry.

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings (blueprints).

• Good understanding of engineering tolerances and machine setup.

• Knowledge of precision measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer).

• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• Physically fit, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.
