We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Welding Technician (MIG) to join our production team. If you have experience in MIG welding, can interpret technical drawings, and are committed to producing high-quality workmanship, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Welding Technician, you will be responsible for performing precision welding and supporting daily manufacturing operations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Perform high-quality MIG welding on metal components according to engineering specifications.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to ensure accurate fabrication.

• Prepare materials and welding equipment before production.

• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

• Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of welding equipment.

• Follow approved welding procedures and company quality requirements.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Work closely with production and engineering teams to meet production schedules.

• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Welding Technology, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in welding, preferably MIG welding.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.

• Good understanding of welding techniques, fabrication processes, and quality standards.

• Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.

• Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
