We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Financial Master Data Management to manage and govern enterprise financial master data while ensuring data quality, compliance, and system integrity. This role will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Internal Controls teams to optimize Oracle ERP master data processes, maintain financial hierarchies, and drive continuous process improvements.

This is a Work From Office opportunity based in Hyderabad with Night Shift operations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Master Data Management

• Manage end-to-end Financial Master Data across enterprise systems.

• Maintain and govern Chart of Accounts (COA), Business Units (BU), Departments, Cost Centers, Legal Entities, and financial hierarchies.

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial master data.

Oracle ERP Administration

• Perform master data configuration, maintenance, and mass data updates using Oracle ERP.

• Utilize Oracle data upload utilities such as FBDI, WebADI, and ADFDI.

• Support Oracle ERP enhancements, testing, and system optimization initiatives.

Vendor & Customer Master Management

• Manage Supplier and Vendor Master records across multiple entities.

• Maintain customer master data and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.

• Support complex vendor onboarding, payment terms, and intercompany structures.

Governance & Compliance

• Implement and maintain Financial Master Data Governance policies.

• Ensure compliance with SOX controls, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and internal audit requirements.

• Support audit activities and maintain required documentation.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Business stakeholders to resolve master data issues.

• Provide recommendations for process improvements and automation.

• Monitor service levels and ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 15 years of regular education (10+2+3).

• CPA, CFA, or MBA is an added advantage.

Experience

• 4–8 years of experience in Financial Master Data Management.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP.

• Experience managing Financial Master Data, Vendor Master, Customer Master, and Chart of Accounts.

• Experience in SLA management, audits, and internal controls.
