Job Description

We are looking for a German Language Specialist to join our HRO Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end learning administration, training coordination, and HR operations while ensuring seamless execution of learning programs for global stakeholders. The role requires strong communication skills in both German and English and the ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Learning & Development operations within the HRO environment.

• Coordinate training schedules, learning events, and stakeholder communication in German and English.

• Manage training nominations, learning records, completion tracking, and related documentation.

• Collaborate with internal teams, managers, employees, and vendors to ensure smooth learning delivery.

• Maintain reports, dashboards, and training administration activities with high accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with SLAs, quality standards, and organizational processes.

• Resolve learner queries and provide timely support for training-related requests.

• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within Learning & Development.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–4 years of experience in HRO, HR Operations, Learning & Development, Shared Services, or Back-office Operations.

• German language proficiency with B1/B2 certification is mandatory.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.

• Basic knowledge of HR processes or Learning & Development operations is preferred.

• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Exposure to HR systems or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an added advantage.
